1. What types of payment do you accept?
At the present time, we accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to send or receive money with PayPal. Both Stripe and Paypal accept all major credit cards.
You can use Klarna on Paypal. Here is how you do it:
Step 1: On your PayPal account, go to Pay & Get Paid.
Step 2: Select Bank & Cards
Step 3: Tap Link a new card on the Cards section
Step 4: Key in your Klarna Visa Card information on the field (e.i., card number, card type, expiration date, CVV, and your billing address)
Step 5: Tap Link Card
Klarna Also offers a one-time card option that you can use to pay using Paypal. You can find more information about this process on their website.
2. How do I pay for my order?
For some products, you can pay at the time you place your order or set up payment arrangements. For others, you will have to request a quote. We will provide a Paypal button link for you to accept the quote in an email. If you need to make payment arrangements, pleae feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we will work out payments through Paypal.
3. What is the ordering process?
We have two different ordering processes, depending on the product you choose. Some products can be ordered through our SHOP page. All you do is click on “Order Now” and a form will take you through the entire process. Larger orders and managed services will require that you get a quote. One the quote email, you will see a Paypal button that allowed you to accept and pay for the quote.
4. The project will be delivered to your email as a Word Document .docx.
5. Once it has been received by you, you will have a certain time window when you can request up to two revisions, as provided in your quote. If you do nothing, the project will be considered automatically accepted after the specified time has elapsed. Please see our Terms of Service, and Refund and Revision Policy for further detail. Your writer will deliver any revisions within the specified time according to your order category and the type of order that you placed.
6. When the order is delivered with all of the revisions completed, you will receive an email that has a button to accept the order. You will have 72 hours to accept the order, after which time, it will be considered as automatically accepted. Please note that some orders will have a longer Review Period, depending on the length and type of order. Once the order has been accepted or auto-accepted, no further changes can be requested or made.

4. How do I write clear instructions?
The more information you provide us, the easier it will be for us to comply with your wishes. This also increases the likelihood that you will be happy with your order. At bare minimum, you should provide us with the URL where it will be used, or an example website that you like, the time you need it, and a general description of what you want the article to be about.
It is very helpful if you can provide a description of your target audience and an outline. If you already have keywords that you wish to have included, you can put them in the space provided, separated by commas. If we feel that your instructions are unclear, we might contact you by email for clarification before providing a quote or beginning work.
5. Can I cancel or change an order that has been placed?
After an order is placed and payment has been received by us, you can cancel the order within 12 hours for a full refund. After 12 hours have passed, you cannot cancel or change the order for a refund. This is not fair to our writers to allow you to do so.
We recommend that if you must cancel or change an order that you do so as soon after the order was placed as possible. Please note that once an author is working on an order, changes might not be possible. 6. How do I ask for a revision of an order that I have received?
Revisions can only be accepted if the article has not been accepted by you, or the 72 hour revision window has passed after submission by the author. In order to request a revision, you simply reply to the delivery email with your instructions for the changes that you need revised.
Please note that you may only ask for revisions that are in keeping with the original order briefing. You cannot make substantial requests to content, topic, or make additions that could construe a different order. We have the right to refuse any revision request that is substantially different from the original order. We will work with you to try to make it right.
Authors have 24 hours to complete your revision once you submit the request. This time can be extended for larger orders. Revisions can delay your delivery. Many revisions can be prevented by including clear and complete instructions in the original order. Please see our Refund and Revision Policy and our Terms of Service for further details.
7. Who owns the copyright to the completed project, and when will it be received?
Once the article is accepted and payment has cleared, you will have the copyrights to your article. You do not have copyrights until the article is officially accepted by you by clicking on the Accept Project button in the delivery email, or the 72 hour time limit for acceptance has passed. Please note that on longer projects, you will have an extended time to review the piece and accept the article. These exceptions include ebooks and larger Pro Blogger packages, complete website packages, and other larger content types. For all others, you have 72 hours to accept them or ask for a revision. Your review period will be stated in your quote.
If you publish an article before it is accepted, that is considered de facto acceptance. If for any reason, the article is not accepted, and Growth Zone Media agrees that the reason for rejection is valid, the author retains full rights to the article, and it does not transfer to you. Under these circumstances, you may not use or publish any version of the article, and the author may publish the article and use it at their discretion.
If, upon Growth Zone Media review, the rejection of the article is overturned, you will have rights to the article. No articles will be delivered and copyrights transferred until final payment has been received and cleared.
8. How do I make a deposit?
For larger articles, Growth Zone Media will ask for a non-refundable deposit before work can begin. The need for a deposit is entirely at the discretion of Growth Zone Media. If your project requires a deposit, you will be sent a link through email so that you can pay using Stripe or PayPal. For projects that require payments over time, or are delivered in phases, a link for the next payment will be sent through email at the agreed upon time. You can also set up payments through Paypal.
9. How long does it take for PayPal to process my payment?
If you pay by PayPal, and use it as a guest, funds are typically transferred in about 15 minutes. If your transaction does not post immediately, it can mean that PayPal is conducting a fraud check. PayPal does not notify you of this and the funds can be held for as much as 24 hours. As soon as the PayPal review is complete, the funds will be credited to our account. Please note that Growth Zone Media has no control over PayPal’s policies and processing time. There is nothing we can do to speed up PayPal’s processing times.

10. What types of content does Growth Zone Media provide?
We can provide many types of articles and content projects. These include SEO optimized articles, blogs, landing pages, website content, product descriptions, press releases, bios, informative long form articles, and business descriptions.
We do not accept explicit adult content or any content that advocates any illegal behavior or action. We do not do academic papers, theses, or homework of any kind. We do not do legal papers or those that construe any kind of legal or financial advice.
11. What is your refund and return policy?
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. If you feel that the writer has failed to meet your needs, we have a revision process in place. We offer 2 free revisions with most types of orders. If, after that time, you feel that we have failed to meet your needs, the project will go into a review process. If it is decided that the author did not follow your instructions or there are substantial errors in the product, we will try to make it right and meet your needs. At times, a refund might be issued, at which time copyrights are not transferred to you, but remain with the author. You may be offered a further revision at ½ price the original article, or the refund might be refused if it is felt that the author met the requirements of the original instructions provided by you.
